Appointments & Forms Scheduling an Appointment: To schedule an appointment, please contact our main phone number (828-252-2511) and a receptionist will be happy to assist you. Because of our high level of individual care, your call may occasionally be placed on hold. Please don't hang up; your call and your health are too important to us. New Patients: At Ravenscroft, we understand that searching for the right physician involves time and effort. We are happy to invest both in order to make sure you are comfortable with us. New patients are encouraged to call our office and schedule a short Q&A with one of our doctors. This non-medical meeting is a good opportunity to get to know us personally and feel comfortable that Ravenscroft is a good fit for you and your family. At least one of our doctors is usually accepting new patients at all times. To establish a relationship with Ravenscroft, start by scheduling your first appointment. When you make the appointment, the receptionist will tell you in advance what forms you need. We can either mail them to you or you may download them from this website.
